RETURNS

For all purchases except permanent jewelry, engraved merchandise, and custom design projects, Karli Schiavoni Fine Jewelry will accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition when accompanied by original packaging for 14 days from the date of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please email karli@shopksfj.com. KSFJ will provide an insured shipping label and the costs of shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

SHIPPING

All shipments are sent via FedEx, at your requested rate with adult signature required. Once your shipment has been released to FedEx, you will receive a tracking number. All deliveries are insured and factored into shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not ship to PO Boxes or Internationally. 

For local clients, we offer complimentary local delivery within an approximate 25 mile radius of Youngstown, Ohio.
