Absolutely, we offer concierge style appointments out of our office in Columbiana, OH. To learn more, visit the Book Appointment section of our website, located in the About Us drop down tab or email karli@shopksfj.com directly to book your appointment.

All shipments are sent via FedEx, at your requested rate with adult signature required. Once your shipment has been released to FedEx, you will receive a tracking number. All deliveries are insured and factored into shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not ship to PO Boxes or Internationally. 

For local clients, we offer complimentary local delivery within an approximate 25 mile radius of Youngstown, Ohio.

For all purchases except permanent jewelry, engraved merchandise, and custom design projects, Karli Schiavoni Fine Jewelry will accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition when accompanied by original packaging for 14 days from the date of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please email karli@shopksfj.com. KSFJ will provide an insured shipping label and the costs of shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Appraisals are complimentary on any custom design piece and are available on any purchase from KSFJ over $5,000.00. Typically, most insurance providers will accept a detailed receipt in order to add a piece of jewelry to your policy. Appraisals for a piece of jewelry from your personal collection can be provided for $150.00/item and original receipt is required.

KSFJ guarantees the craftsmanship of our jewelry, but does not cover normal, everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, and neglect.

Should a repair be needed, we are happy to facilitate and responsible party will be determined upon examination of jewelry. 

We recommend having your jewelry inspected yearly to ensure good condition. We also kindly remind you of the importance of adding fine jewelry to your homeowners or renters policy, or depending on overall value having a separate jewelry policy all together.
